FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - Following a few additional days, further details have emerged regarding the recent arrest of former Ohio State running back and current unsigned Cleveland Brown Quinshon Judkins, according to ABC6 (WSYX).
In a report issued by the Fort Lauderdale Police Department around July 7, he and the alleged victim traveled together to Florida. Upon arrival at the airport, Judkins became upset due to a series of text messages received from family members.
The alleged victim told the authorities that Judkins said, "Oh wow, I can't believe you," and "I'm so done with you." She claimed that as they departed the airport, she was trying to explain that the messages were not the truth, and he allegedly punched her in the mouth.
At some point during the altercation, he permitted her to contact his mother without mentioning the assault. She left the vehicle but subsequently re-entered, taking a seat in the back, and the argument continued. According to the report, she claimed that he turned and struck her in the arm and thigh.

When she was questioned about the July 7 incident that occurred, regarding why she did not immediately call 911, she stated that she felt guilty due to his recent success in football. However, after discussing the matter with her family and friends, she reached out to the authorities five days later.
Judkins posted a $2,500 bond over the weekend, with the Cleveland Browns aware of the situation and were still gathering information.
He has not signed a contract since being drafted in the 2025 NFL Draft, with training camp opening in less than two weeks.
Judkins was a key contributor to Ohio State winning the national championship last season, after transferring from Ole Miss.
