St. Vincent-St. Mary to host the Forever King / The Chosen 1's Invitational

AKRON, Ohio - St. Vincent–St. Mary High School (STVM) will host the Akron stop of the 5th Annual Chosen 1’s Invitational, part of Nike’s expanded three-city event series honoring LeBron James’ legacy. What began as a single West Coast showcase now spans New York, Los Angeles, and Akron, delivering elevated grassroots experiences connected to LeBron’s impact on basketball and community.

This year's Akron stop features: 

- LeBron-themed fan experiences 

- Jumbotron programming 

- Local performers 

- Halftime challenges

- T-shirt tosses and crown giveaways

- Nike's best expression of Forever King branding and LeBron XXIII product

- A community giveback component in partnership with House Three Thirty

- Facility refurbishments supporting STVM

Girls Game: STVM vs. Richmond Heights — 5:00 PM tip-off
Boys Game: STVM vs. Garfield Heights — 7:00 PM tip-off
