WILBERFORCE, Ohio — Prime 1 Sports, an athlete representation agency that focuses on Name, Image, and Likeness as well as other areas of NIL earning potential for college student-athletes, has signed up-and-coming talent Avantae Burt from Central State University.

"We're excited to have you on board and be a part of your journey. Our goal is to make sure you feel supported, valued, and equipped to succeed both on and off the field," - Prime 1 Sports

Burt is currently in his junior year playing for the Marauders, and this might be his best season yet; after nine games, he has made 28 catches for 603 yards and scored 8 touchdowns.

The team stands at 6-3 overall and 6-1 in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC), in addition to his individual performance stats.

He is a 2024 graduate of GlenOak High School, which is a public school located in Canton, Ohio. During his time there, he played multiple positions including slotback, strong safety, and wide receiver.

He earned several accolades such as being a 2x All-Ohio selection, the WHBC Stark County Team MVP, and making the All-Stark County First Team, First Team All-Federal League, and First Team Northeast Inland All-District during his high school years.

Prime 1 Sports is founded and led by CEO and founder Tara Sakraida Parker, a licensed athlete agent and prominent female owner in the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) representation space.

In 2026, Prime 1 Sports announced a strategic partnership with the NFL agency Upper Edge Sports (led by CEO Andy Ross) to create a combined pathway guiding athletes from high school and NIL through the NFL.
