NEW YORK, NY — The Associated Press has published its most recent poll (after 8 games) ahead of the initial CFP rankings.

Ohio State suffered the most significant drop in the Top 25 rankings after their 30-18 loss to USC, falling nine places from No. 2 to No. 11. In contrast, USC has climbed to the No. 18 position.

Miami (FL) retains the top position for another week; Georgia, Utah, Notre Dame, UCLA, Indiana, BYU, Kentucky, Alabama, and Texas all move up to complete the Top 10.
