Two more schools have announced their plans to cancel football games against the Youngstown Ursuline High School football team amid hazing allegations, per both schools' press releases.
Austintown-Fitch issued a statement from Brittany Morrell, who serves as the public relations specialist for the school:
Due to allegations involving the Ursuline football program. Austintown-Fitch will respectfully not be playing Game 6 against Ursuline on Friday, September 26, at Greenwood Chevrolet Falcon Stadium. This decision was made with careful consideration and in the best interest of our Austintown students and community
Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary also issued this statement from Rebecca Fleming, Director of Marketing and Communications:
After thoughtful consideration, St. Vincent-St. Mary High School has made the decision not to play the scheduled varsity and junior varsity football games against Ursuline High School on Friday, October 3, and Saturday, October 4, 2025. No replacement games will be scheduled on these dates. This decision follows the recent allegations involving the Ursuline football program
While not made lightly, this decision reflects our continued priority: the safety and well-being of our students, families, and community. We also hold all those involved in our prayers during this time.
Warren Harding has also called off their game.
That leaves four games on their schedule as of press time; without confirmation from the remaining schools, it may not be too long.
