OHSAA Boys Basketball: Regional and state brackets for Divisions I-VII

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The 2026 Ohio High School Athletic Association boys' basketball regional and state tournament brackets are set.

The Final Four for the boys will take place at two venues, The University of Dayton Arena and Wright State University, spanning four days from March 19 to March 22.

State Semifinals and finals will be broadcast LIVE on Spectrum News 1; Furthermore, regional finals, state semifinals, and finals can be viewed on OHSAA.tv.
