SANDUSKY, Ohio -- This past weekend, Ohio girls' high school basketball took center stage at the Cedar Point Sports Center in Sandusky, Ohio.
Midwest Live 2026 is a premier scholastic basketball event and a major collegiate recruiting showcase for high school student-athletes, hosting 97 teams and 122 collegiate coaches for the girls' weekend.

In the 2030 class, a few stood out: Nevaeh Brown (Akron Hoban), Mae Simon (Olmstead Falls), Layla Phaphouvaninh (Massillon Washington), Grace Largent (Sunbury Big Walnut), Addi Blair (Tippecanoe), and Brielle Boston (Barnesville).
On the first night of competition, three all-star games showcased the classes of 2027, 2028, and 2029. The MVPs of the game were:
2027: Tatiana Mason (Lyndhurst Brush) and Kayli Kellogg (Morgantown)
2028: Riley Blankenship (Dublin Coffman)
2029: Zuri Huguley (Pickerington North)
