Federal League announces scholar-athlete award winners

The top three 2026 scholar-athlete award winners, Chase Fuller, Warner Parks, and Gia Tzouloufiz, were announced by the Federal League Athletic Association. 

STARK COUNTY, Ohio -- The Federal League Athletic Association has revealed the recipients of the 2026 scholarship-athlete awards, as released by Terry Peterson, Commissioner of the Federal League.

The Federal League Hometown Sam DiBlasi Scholar-Athlete award winners are:

Gia Tzouloufiz from GlenOak 

Warner Parks from Jackson

The Federal League Joe Eaton Courageous Student award winner is:

Chase Fuller from Lake

All three award winners were granted a college scholarship of $2,500.

Our DiBlasi nominees each received a $500 college scholarship as follows:

John Moorhead and Virginia Fleming from Lake

David Wadley and Gabriella Ascani from Hoover

Cade Karrenbauer and Leah Backus from Perry

James Bates and Meghan Greenhill from McKinley
