Renzy Parnell and Jack Andes take home top honors in the Federal League

NORTHEAST, Ohio - The Federal League Athletic Association has announced football postseason honors.

The Coach of the Year award was presented to Renzy Parnell, the first-year head coach of Canton McKinley, who achieved a regular-season record of eight wins and two losses, remaining undefeated in league competition to secure the title of outright league champions.

The Bulldogs have advanced to the postseason, where they will face the second-seeded Mentor Cardinals in the Division I Region I semifinal.

North Canton's Jack Andes took home the Player of the Year honor, who is also an All-Ohio baseball player and is committed to Bowling Green University baseball. He contributed to the Vikings making the postseason, securing a win over Columbus Northland in the first round, followed by an eventual loss to the Division II powerhouse Massillon Tigers.
